Collected information
If you place an order with Mister T, we may request the following information from you:
Your name, address, and telephone number. We use this information to process the delivery of your product.
Your mail address, so we can keep you informed about the status of your order.
Date of birth, because under the age of 18 the website may only be used with the permission of a parent or guardian.
Payment information, such as your credit card or bank account number. We use this information to safely complete your order.
The forms on our website always indicate which fields are mandatory and which are optional.
In case of errors in address, invoice details or other personal data, Mister T cannot be held responsible for the inability to fulfill its obligations (e.g. delivery or updates on the status of your order).
Communication
As a customer you can receive mails about our offers. The customer explicitly gives permission for this by checking a check box.
If you no longer wish to receive messages from Mister T, you can always unsubscribe using the unsubscribe button at the bottom of each mail.
Protection of your privacy

We only temporary share your data with third parties that are involved in processing your order (such as the delivery partner) or for communicating with you. You can always ask for your data, correct it and, if you wish, get it deleted.
Your transactional data is sent over the internet encrypted, so no third parties can intercept it.
In case you have given us your phone number, we will only contact you by phone if it’s necessary to inform you about questions or orders you have placed.

Mister T has taken, and will continue to take, all necessary measures to prevent the loss, unlawful use, or modification of information we receive through our website and carry out payments securely. With the use of SSL (a secure server) all transactional data is sent over the internet encrypted. You don’t need special software to pay with SSL.
Our website contains links to other sites that are not part of Mister T. Mister T is therefore not liable for the way in which these other sites deal with the privacy of their visitors.
Deleting or changing data
